Scholarship Program

Scholarship recipients are required to fully commit to the Leadership & Confidence Scholarship, which includes active participation in all scheduled activities and events.

Recipients must attend and actively engage in the mentoring sessions, the 3-day camp at the Australian Institute of Sport, coaching accreditation courses, and EQ Minds sessions as outlined in the scholarship inclusions.

Failure to fulfill this commitment may result in the forfeiture of the scholarship.

To be agreed to by person listed as Parent / Guardian 1 as the participant is under 18 years of age.
I am the parent or guardian of the applicant. I authorise and consent to the applicant undertaking the BA Activities.
In consideration of the applicant’s participation in the Program, or membership with BA and any other BA Organisation being accepted, I expressly agree to be responsible for the applicant’s behaviour and agree to accept in my capacity as parent or guardian, the terms set out in this membership declaration.
In addition, I agree that the applicant and I are bound by, and shall comply with, the BA Constitution and any by-laws and policies made under it.
I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the above including the exclusion of implied terms, warning, assumption of risk, release and indemnity.
