Biography
At just 23, Abby is a respected leader both on and off the court.
The two-time WNBL champion with the UC Capitals made history as the first woman born and raised in the Northern Territory to play in the women’s national league.
The proud Larrakia woman stood on the podium with the Sapphires when the team were crowned gold medallists at the 2016 under-17 World Championships.
Immersed in community, Abby works closely with the Australian Basketball Player Association’s National Emerging Leaders program in collaboration with Indigenous Basketball Australia as a mentor.
She Hoops acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate. We pay our respects to them, their culture and their Elders past and present.
