She Hoops is thrilled to announce our collaboration with SportsGrad, a private community designed to help future leaders break into the sports industry. This union marks the beginning of an exciting association that will open a plethora of new opportunities for women in basketball.  

With a winning combination of networking events, direct access to recruiters, a library of career resources and a number one podcast, SportsGrad’s track record boasts more than 400 success stories, with individuals securing coveted positions across leading organisations in sport including the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and 2022 ICC T20 World Cup. 

At She Hoops, our commitment lies in empowering women in basketball. Through a multifaceted approach encompassing visible pathways, mentoring, fostering connections and encouraging participation in upskilling and education, we strive to create a thriving environment for women in basketball to flourish.

For women in basketball, this association presents an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of volunteer and paid positions within the sports industry, including the integration with the Cygnett Women’s National Basketball League (WNBL).
